Its been a while, but Mac users can finally rejoice that Blackbeery Desktop Manager will now be available on Mac operating systems. It is set to come out sometime in September.  Here are some if its features, specs, and requirements:

6th Of October is the magical day for your Windows Mobile 6.5 OS upgrade. I wish Microsoft was actually announcing Windows Mobile 7 so that their whole operating system line would be running the same OS (just like Apple) but that does not seem the case.

Computer security is an ever increasing problem and there are many companies out there that provide some form of protecting. Norton is one of those companies. Norton Internet Security 2009 includes Antivirus protection,  Spyware protection, a Two-Way firewall, Intrusion Prevention, OS and application protection, and web site authentication. Next time I think about purchasing a phone, the very first information I am going to research is the application store and the amount of applications it offers.  These days, it is imperative that a cell phone company offers an application store. Currently, Apple, Nokia, BlackBerry, Sony Ericsson, Palm, Samsung, and LG all have their own application stores.  Some apps stores have countless of applications and others barely have any.  In addition, some apps stores offer more than just applications.  Proceed to the next page to start the list.

Cell phone manufacturers have to be intimidated with the rapid progress of the application store offered by Apple.  Apple has over 65,000 applications on their App store.  Application stores are beneficial to a cell phone manufacturer.  Apple has numerous applications created by third-party developers that have gone to make the iPhone more popular than Apple may have done alone.  Seeing this benefit, Samsung Mobile has decided to step their game up.  Their first step is to wine and dine the developers and they are playing it real smooth with this step.  Here is how they will pull it off:

• Why?  Samsung Mobile needs to increase the widgets offered on their TouchWiz enabled phones (those that run on Windows Mobile, Symbian and Samsung proprietary OS)

We will see if Samsung Mobile will be able to pull this off. You may have your own opinion but if you need to get to San Francisco, I would say try purchasing your tickets through Orbitz.  They gave me a great deal a couple of months ago and I saved an extra $75 on my trip.

Well Guys, it is almost here!  Windows 7 (Microsoft’s Windows Vista Clean up upgrade) will be unveiled pretty soon!  From what the guys at Microsoft say, Windows 7 is the

According to the guys at Gizmodo, Apple’s Snow Leopard upgrade might be much better than Microsoft’s Windows upgrade. In short here is what they had to say:

• Apple’s Snow Leopard will be out in September for $29 unless you bought your Mac on or after June 8, 2009, in which case you can upgrade for about $9.95 [Read More].  Windows 7 comes out around October 22nd for about $50 for Home Premium or $100 for Professional [Read More]
• Snow Leopard requires a minimum of about 5GB of your disk space while Windows 7 requires a minimum of about 16GB for the 32-bit and 20GB for the 64-bit version (in actuality, they say Windows 7 should use about 6-8GB).
• Windows 7 will be in either 64-Bit version or 32-Bit version (the latter will only recognize 4GB of RAM).  Snow Leopard will come in 64-bit version only.
• Windows 7 will feature the much anticipated Direct X 11 while Snow Leopard will come with Open CL that will enable programmers to tap into the different cores inside your graphics card for applications that do other things besides graphics (whether it be using your graphics for H.264 video accelleration (enables smoother video playback and eases the load of work on your CPU) for newer Nvidia GeForce 9 Series Macs.
