Sony Ericsson has been having a bad financial year. Quarter after quarter, they have not been doing so well in sales and lately, they have lost some ground to other cellular companies. Recently, they have decided to go on a different direction. I would say this push started with the Sony Ericson Xperia X1. When the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 came out, the phone was on another level. The Xperia X1 introduced their X-Panels interface, had a monstrous 528 MHz processor, and a beautiful 800×600 pixels screen. On its announcement, Sony Ericsson had surprised us becuase it was the first time ever that they had used the Windows Mobile OS on their smart phones. Anyway, today we are here to talk about their next push. Sony Ericsson has been working hard to bounce back into the game and they recently got onto the Android bandwagon. Here is Sony Ericsson’s next phone to be released as the Xperia X3.

Above is the Sony Ericsson Rachael, the rumored phone that is officially going to be released as the Xperia X3. The Xperia X3 will be the first phone from Sony Ericsson to utilize the Google Android open operating system. Xperia X3 might also pack the new Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at 1Ghz.
